Successful partnerships

The high performance center Innsbruck/Kühtai also has a highly competent partner: the Institute for Sport Sciences of the Sports University of Innsbruck (USI). Prof. Dr. Martin Burtscher: “We assume the accompanying scientific role of the programme and evaluate ongoingly the entire effects of the training. Besides that, all the sports areas and equipment are made available to the athletes and participants of the high performance programme.”

Also Paul Wagner, Director of the Olympic Games Base Rhine-Ruhr, a decisive pioneer in working out this new concept, is convinced that its benefits are enormous: “Innsbruck/Kühtai offers ideal logistical training pre-requisites as well as all necessary scientific background aids.”
